Add Emergency Information auf Realme
Emergency information on a Realme phone stays visible on the lock screen even when the device itself is locked. First responders can tap the emergency call option during a lock-screen scenario and reach a dedicated info screen without needing your passcode.
This works through the Emergency SOS module inside Realme UI, which stores medical data separately from your regular profile. It does not sync online and only lives locally on the device, so you control exactly what shows up.
To fill it in, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Security ➔ Tap on Emergency SOS ➔ Tap on Emergency information. From there you can enter your name, height, weight, sex, blood type, date of birth, organ donor status, and any medical conditions worth flagging, such as allergies or chronic illnesses.
Fill in only what is medically relevant. Skip fields you would rather not share publicly, since anyone with physical access to your locked phone can view this screen.
If you also want emergency contacts notified automatically during an SOS trigger, that is a separate setting within the same Emergency SOS menu, not part of this information screen.
