Set SOS Message Content auf Realme
Realme UI sends a basic SOS message with your location as soon as an emergency contact is set up. Photos of your surroundings or a short audio recording are not included automatically, so contacts may not understand the situation from the location alone.
You control this from the emergency settings. Open Settings ➔ Security ➔ Emergency SOS ➔ Emergency call. Here you enable or disable Auto send SOS messages, which decides whether a message goes out automatically once SOS is triggered.
Below that toggle, two extra options appear: Attach photos of surroundings and Attach a 5s recording of surroundings. Turning either one on means the phone captures a photo or a short clip the moment SOS is activated and sends it along with the message.
Both options need camera and microphone access to work, so check app permissions if the attachments do not show up. Adding photos or audio increases the message size and can take a few seconds longer to send, which matters in areas with weak mobile signal.
If you prefer a faster, text-only alert, leave both options off and rely on the location data alone.
