Turn On/Off Find My Device auf Realme
Find My Device relies on location access and a background service running on your Realme phone. When either is disabled, Google's tracking page cannot show your device, and remote lock or erase options stop working.
This is different from a lost network connection. Even with mobile data or Wi-Fi active, the phone stays invisible to Find My Device if the feature itself is turned off in the system settings.
Where to enable or disable Find My Device
Open Settings ➔ Security ➔ Find My Device. Use the toggle to enable or disable the feature.
After enabling it, give the app a few minutes and an active internet connection to register the device with your Google account. You can then check the status on the Find My Device website or app from any browser.
Disabling it makes sense only if you trust the physical security of the phone completely, for example during a repair where a technician needs full access without remote lock risks. In most other cases, keeping it active is the safer default.
If the toggle is already on but the phone still does not appear, check that location services and a stable internet connection are active, since both are required for the tracker to report the phone's position.
