Unlock Hidden Apps with Fingerprint auf Realme
On Realme phones, hidden apps sit behind their own lock layer, separate from the general screen lock. By default this layer only accepts a PIN or password, even when fingerprint unlock is active for the rest of the device. That is why a hidden app can still ask for a code right after you already unlocked your phone with a fingerprint.
Realme UI lets you link a fingerprint directly to this hidden apps layer, so the same sensor works for both the phone and the hidden apps quick-start. The setting lives inside the fingerprint menu, not inside App Lock or Private Safe, which is why many users never find it.
Where to enable it
Go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Password & biometrics ➔ Tap on Fingerprint ➔ Tap on Fingerprint for hidden apps quick-start ➔ Choose a Fingerprint. Pick any fingerprint that is already registered on the device, or add a new one if none is saved yet.
Once selected, hidden apps unlock with the same touch you use to unlock the screen. If you share your device and want hidden apps to stay behind a separate code, skip this setting and keep the PIN as the only unlock method for that layer. Removing the linked fingerprint later resets hidden apps back to PIN-only access.
