Turn Focus Mode On or Off auf Realme
Focus mode on your Realme phone works differently from Do Not Disturb. Instead of silencing everything, it only blocks the apps you pick, so calls, alarms, and other notifications still come through as usual.
This matters when messaging or social apps interrupt work or study sessions, but you still need to stay reachable for calls or other important apps. Digital Wellbeing also tracks how long you use the blocked apps during a session, giving you a quick check on whether the block is actually holding.
Turn Focus mode on or off
Open Settings ➔ Digital Wellbeing & parental controls ➔ Focus mode. Select the apps to block under Distracting apps. Then tap Set a schedule to automate the block for recurring hours, or tap Turn on now to start a session right away.
A schedule makes sense for recurring blocks such as work hours or study time, since you don't have to remember to start Focus mode yourself. Turning it on manually fits better for one-off situations, like a meeting or a short deep-work block.
If a supposedly blocked app still sends notifications, check that it's actually listed under Distracting apps and that the schedule or session is currently active. Focus mode only affects apps you've selected, nothing else.
