Fix Audio Balance Between Left and Right Speaker/Earbud auf Realme
Uneven left/right sound on a Realme phone is rarely a hardware fault. It usually comes down to standard stereo mixing, which sends identical volume to both channels regardless of how you actually hear them.
Realme UI solves this with a dedicated accessibility control instead of a workaround in the volume panel. It lets you shift output gradually toward one side, which helps with one-sided hearing loss, a loose earbud fit, or speakers that sit unevenly against your ear during calls.
To reach it, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Accessibility ➔ Adjust the Audio balance. Drag the slider toward the side that needs more volume and test with a call or a song while moving it, since the change applies instantly.
This setting affects system-wide audio output, including calls, media and notifications. It does not fix a physically damaged speaker or a faulty earbud driver.
If only one specific app sounds off, check that app's own audio settings first. If both channels are simply too quiet or too loud overall, use the regular volume controls instead of this balance slider.
