Turn On/Off Pop-up on Keypress auf Realme
Realme UI shows a short key preview above your finger whenever you tap a letter or digit on the on-screen keyboard. This feedback comes from the Gboard app that ships with Realme UI and is meant to confirm each keystroke, which matters most on small screens or during fast typing.
The toggle for this behavior sits inside the language and input options, not in the general display settings, which is why many people scroll past it without noticing.
To turn it off or back on, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Keyboard & input method ➔ Tap on Gboard ➔ Tap on Preferences ➔ Enable or disable Popup on keypress.
Switching the pop-up off can make the keyboard feel calmer and reduces visual clutter, especially in low light. Keeping it on helps you catch typos faster if you tend to type without watching the screen closely.
If you use a different keyboard app instead of Gboard, this setting has no effect, since every keyboard app controls its own key feedback separately.
