Banner Notifications for Individual Apps auf Realme
Banner notifications appear briefly at the top of the screen, usually for a few seconds. For incoming calls, the banner stays visible for as long as the phone rings.
On Realme UI, this behavior is not an all-or-nothing switch. You control it separately for each installed app, and in some apps even per notification category. This matters if you want calls or messaging apps to keep interrupting you, while games, shopping apps, or news apps stay silent unless you check them manually.
Where to turn banners on or off
Go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Notifications & status bar ➔ Tap on Manage notifications ➔ Choose an App ➔ Enable or disable Banner.
Once you disable the banner for an app, its notifications still land in the notification shade and lock screen. Only the pop-up at the top of the screen is removed.
If an app has separate notification categories, for example chat messages versus system alerts, you can leave banners on for one category and off for another within the same app entry.
This setting is different from muting an app completely. If you disable banners but keep notifications enabled, you still get sound, vibration, and shade entries, just without the floating pop-up.
