Allow Calls and SMS for a Secondary User auf Realme
Realme UI treats every additional user profile as a restricted account by default. New accounts can install apps and browse settings, but the phone and messaging apps stay locked until an administrator grants permission explicitly.
This protects the primary owner's call history and SMS threads from being accessed by guest or family accounts. It also prevents unexpected carrier charges if a device is shared temporarily.
Where to enable it
Switch to the account first, or stay in the owner profile depending on how your device groups this option. Then go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Users & accounts ➔ Tap on Multiple users ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Enable or disable Allow calls and messages.
Once enabled, the selected user gains a working phone dialer and messaging app, plus their own call log and SMS inbox separate from other accounts on the device.
Disabling the toggle later hides the phone and messages apps for that account again but does not delete existing call records or texts already stored under that profile.
Use this setting when multiple people share one Realme phone and each needs independent calling access without seeing the other's conversations.
