Set Up Parental Controls auf Realme
Parental controls on a Realme phone are not a single switch. They combine screen time limits, app restrictions, and a content filter for Google Play into one setup wizard inside Digital Wellbeing.
Without this setup, any family member with access to the phone can install apps, watch videos, or browse without any age or time restriction. Google account-level controls stay separate from these device settings, so both need attention if you manage a shared device.
Where to find it
Open Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Digital Wellbeing & parental controls ➔ Tap on Set up parental controls ➔ Tap on Get started and follow the instructions on screen.
The wizard walks you through creating or linking a supervised account, choosing which apps stay accessible, and defining daily usage windows. Once active, the content filter also applies to Google Play, blocking downloads and purchases above the age rating you set.
If the goal is only to block adult content in the browser or a single app, a narrower content filter inside that app may be a faster fix than the full parental controls setup.
