Lift to Ear to Answer Calls: Enable or Disable auf Realme
Lift to ear to answer calls lets your Realme phone pick up an incoming call automatically once you raise the device to your ear. The phone relies on its proximity sensor and motion sensor together: it detects the lifting movement and the closeness of your ear, then triggers the answer action without you touching the screen.
This works well for quick handling but causes problems when the sensors misread a movement, for example inside a pocket, bag, or when a thick case partially blocks the sensor. In that case calls can get answered without your input, or the reverse happens: lifting the phone to your ear does nothing and you still have to tap the screen manually.
You can enable or disable the gesture in your device settings:
Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Convenience tools ➔ Tap on Gestures & motions ➔ Enable or disable Lift to ear to answer calls
Turn it off if you keep getting accidental answers from pocket movement. Turn it on again if you prefer answering calls without touching the display, as long as your case does not cover the sensor area near the front camera.
