Reset Camera Settings auf Realme
When filters, resolution, or exposure presets on a Realme phone stop giving usable results, the fastest fix is resetting the camera app itself rather than hunting through every menu. Realme UI stores these preferences separately from the gallery, so a reset only affects settings like grid lines, watermark, or video quality.
Your saved photos and videos are not touched by this action. Only the configuration of the camera app returns to its factory state.
How to reset the camera settings
Open the camera app and follow this path:
Tap on Camera ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Restore to defaults ➔ Tap on Restore to defaults to confirm
After confirming, the app reloads with its original settings. Custom presets for HDR, aspect ratio, or AI scene detection are cleared and set back to what came out of the box.
When a reset helps and when it does not
A camera reset is the right move when photos look off after changing settings you cannot pin down anymore, or when a third-party app changed camera defaults. If the issue is a blurry lens, low light performance, or a hardware-related problem, resetting the app will not change anything.
