Turn Screencast On or Off auf Realme
Screencast on Realme phones mirrors the full screen wirelessly to compatible displays such as Smart TVs, monitors or Chromecast dongles. The feature relies on a shared Wi-Fi network between the phone and the receiving device. If either device sits on a different network or on mobile data, no device shows up in the scan.
To turn Screencast on or off, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Connection & sharing ➔ Tap on Screencast ➔ Enable or disable Screencast ➔ Choose an Available device. Once enabled, the phone scans the local network for supported receivers and lists them under available devices.
If the target screen never appears, check that both devices connect to the same 2.4GHz or 5GHz band, since some routers split them into two separate networks. Restarting the receiving device's casting service also helps when the list stays empty after several scans.
Screencast differs from cable-based mirroring because it depends on network stability, so video-heavy content can lag on slower routers. For lag-free playback of movies or games, a wired HDMI connection remains the more reliable option.
