Realme: Turn On or Off 3-Finger Touch and Hold for Screenshots

Three-finger touch and hold is a gesture shortcut on Realme phones. Holding three fingers on the screen lets you draw a selection box for a partial screenshot, or trigger a scrolling capture on pages that extend beyond the visible area.

This gesture depends on a dedicated toggle inside the screenshot settings. If it stays off, three fingers on the screen either do nothing or get interpreted as a regular tap, so you only get a standard full-screen screenshot instead of a custom selection.

To turn it on or off, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Convenience tools ➔ Tap on Screenshot ➔ Enable or disable 3-finger touch and hold. Once enabled, holding three fingers on any screen brings up the capture toolbar with options for partial and scrolling screenshots.

If the gesture still does not respond after enabling it, check whether another app or accessibility feature also uses a three-finger gesture, since conflicting shortcuts can cancel each other out. Turning the toggle off is useful mainly if you use games or drawing apps where accidental three-finger touches interrupt input.
