Power + Volume Down Screenshot Shortcut auf Realme
On Realme phones, capturing a screenshot with the physical buttons is a separate setting from the on-screen gestures. If the button combo stopped working, or you never activated it, the toggle for it is disabled in the system settings.
Some people run into the opposite issue: the phone takes a screenshot every time they press volume down while holding the power button, for example during a call or while locking the screen. Turning the shortcut off stops those accidental captures without touching the gesture-based screenshot options.
To change it, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Convenience tools ➔ Tap on Screenshot ➔ Enable or disable Power and Volume Down buttons. This screen only controls the physical button combo, not swipe or palm gestures, so you can run both at the same time or keep just one active.
If you rely on the button combo for one-handed screenshots, keep it enabled. If you use gestures instead and the phone keeps misfiring on volume changes, disabling it here removes the conflict.
