Check for Google Play System Update Manually auf Realme
Google Play system updates run separately from regular app updates and from Realme UI firmware updates. They patch core system components in the background, usually without a visible notification, so it is easy to miss when one fails or gets delayed.
This matters most after you reset the Google Play services app, cleared its cache, or noticed apps behaving oddly right after an update cycle. In those cases the update status page can show an outdated version even though your phone is otherwise working fine.
To check the current status on Android with Realme UI, open Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Security ➔ Tap on Google Play system update ➔ Tap on Check for update. The screen shows the installed version and confirms if a newer one is available.
If a newer version exists, it downloads and installs automatically once you leave the screen; no manual approval step is needed. If the version already matches the latest available build, no action is required and the app reset likely completed correctly.
Use this check whenever background updates seem inconsistent, rather than reinstalling apps or resetting network settings first.
