Deletion Sound: Turn On or Off auf Realme
Realme UI plays a short acoustic signal every time you remove a text message, a file, or another item from your phone. This deletion sound is a feedback setting bundled with the general notification and haptic system, not a standalone app.
The sound is tied to the same audio controls that manage keyboard clicks, screen lock tones, and haptic touch feedback. If you find it distracting during meetings or late-night use, you can switch it off without touching your ringtone or notification volume.
Where to change it
Open Settings ➔ Sound & vibration ➔ More sounds & haptics. There you find the toggle labeled Deletion sound. Tap it once to disable the sound, tap again to bring it back.
Turning this off does not affect other system sounds like screenshot clicks or charging tones. Those live in the same menu but as separate toggles.
If you rely on audio feedback to confirm a deletion actually happened, for example when clearing large batches of messages, leave the sound enabled. Otherwise, disabling it is a one-time setting that stays until you change it again, even after a system update.
