Enable or Disable Keyboard Click Sounds auf Realme
The click sound you hear while typing on a Realme phone comes from the preinstalled Gboard keyboard, not from a general system sound setting.
Gboard has its own Sound on keypress option, which plays a short tone every time you tap a key. This tone is separate from notification sounds, ringtones, or media volume, so muting the system does not always mute the keyboard.
You can find and adjust this option here:
Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Keyboard & input method ➔ Tap on Gboard ➔ Tap on Preferences ➔ Enable or disable Sound on keypress
Inside Preferences, the same section also holds a volume control for the keypress tone, so you do not have to choose only between fully on or fully off.
If you have installed a different keyboard app, this Gboard setting will not apply, and you need to check the sound options inside that specific keyboard app instead.
Turning off Sound on keypress has no effect on other audio feedback, such as touch vibration or system UI sounds, since those are controlled through separate settings.
