Show or Hide Notification Icons in the Status Bar auf Realme
The status bar on a Realme phone can display new notifications in three ways: as individual app icons, as a single notification count, or not at all. Which mode is active decides how crowded the bar looks and how much information you get at a glance.
Icons are useful when you need to identify which app sent the notification without opening the notification panel. The notification count is better if you just want to know how many unread items are waiting, without the visual clutter of several icons. The Do not show option keeps the status bar clean, but you then rely entirely on the notification panel or lock screen to check for new activity.
To change the setting, open Settings ➔ Notifications & status bar ➔ Notification icons. There you choose between Icon, Notification count, or Do not show.
This setting affects the entire status bar display, not individual apps. If you only want to silence specific apps instead of changing how all notifications appear, adjust the notification permissions for that app instead.
