Disable Display Animations auf Realme
Realme UI animates almost every screen change by default. Opening an app, closing a settings menu, or switching between windows triggers a short fade or slide effect. This looks smooth, but on older or lower-powered Realme devices it can make the interface feel slower than it actually is, since every transition takes a fraction of a second longer to complete.
The setting responsible for this is hidden in the accessibility menu rather than the display settings, which is why many users never find it. To disable it, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Accessibility ➔ Enable or disable Remove animations.
Once enabled, transitions between apps and menus happen almost instantly instead of fading or sliding. This does not change any other visual setting, app icons, wallpapers, and themes stay exactly as they were. It only removes the motion effect tied to window and screen changes.
If you prefer the softer, animated look of Realme UI, you can leave this option off. It has no effect on battery life or app performance beyond the visual transition itself, so disabling it is purely about how fast the interface feels to use.
