Realme: Change the Alarm Volume

Alarm volume on Realme phones is controlled separately from ringtone, media, and notification volume. This separation exists so a muted or quiet ringtone does not accidentally silence your morning alarm, but it also means adjusting media volume has zero effect on how loud your alarm sounds.

The setting lives in the sound controls of the system settings and works as a stepless slider rather than fixed volume levels. That gives finer control, but it also makes it easy to leave the slider too low by accident, especially after a system update resets some sound preferences.

To change it, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Sound & vibration ➔ Set the Alarms volume. Drag the slider to test the volume in real time before saving.

If alarms still do not sound at night, check whether a scheduled Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is muting sound output entirely, since that can override the alarm slider on some configurations. In that case, adjusting the Do Not Disturb exceptions solves the problem faster than changing the volume slider again.
