Change Ringtone Volume auf Realme
On Realme UI, ringtone volume runs as its own slider, separate from media, alarm and notification volume. If calls come in silently while everything else on the phone sounds normal, this slider is usually the cause, not a hardware fault.
To adjust it, go to Settings ➔ Sound & vibration ➔ set the Ringtone volume slider to the level you want. Dragging it fully left mutes incoming calls completely, while the rest of the phone stays at normal volume.
This separation exists so you can, for example, keep media playback loud while keeping calls quiet in a meeting, or the other way around. It also means raising the media volume with the physical buttons will not fix a silent ringtone if the dedicated slider is still low.
If the ringtone volume looks correct but calls still stay silent, check whether a Focus mode, Do Not Disturb, or a scheduled silent profile is active. Those features can override the slider value for selected contacts or time windows, which is a separate setting from the volume itself.
Side effect to keep in mind: setting ringtone volume to zero also removes vibration-plus-sound behavior for calls unless vibration is enabled separately in the same menu.
