Turn Wi-Fi On or Off auf Realme
Before a Realme phone can join any wireless network, the Wi-Fi radio has to be active. This is controlled independently from the network list, so a switched-off radio looks the same as a missing connection at first glance.
The fastest way to check the status is the quick settings panel: swipe down from the top of the screen and look at the Wi-Fi tile. Tapping it toggles the radio on or off directly, without opening any menu.
For more control, use the full settings path: Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Wi-Fi ➔ Enable or disable Wi-Fi. This screen also lists all networks in range once the radio is on, and lets you manage saved networks.
Turning Wi-Fi off is worth doing whenever you are not near a trusted network, for example during a commute. An active Wi-Fi radio keeps scanning for networks in the background, which adds a small but constant drain on the battery. If you rely on mobile data instead, switching Wi-Fi off avoids that scanning overhead until you are back in range of your usual network.
