Bright skies turn white and shadows go black in the same shot on your Samsung phone. That washed-out look usually means Auto HDR is switched off, so the camera cannot merge multiple exposures into one balanced photo. High-contrast scenes like backlit portraits or landscapes with strong sun suffer most from this.
Keyboard Touch and Hold Delay
If long-pressing a key on your Samsung keyboard keeps popping up accent marks or symbols by accident while you type normally, the touch and hold delay is set too short for your typing speed. If that behavior gets in your way, you can turn it off without losing normal word suggestions.
Change Call Vibration Pattern
If every incoming call feels like the same long buzz, your Samsung phone is still set to the standard call vibration. One UI actually ships with several distinct patterns, including a heartbeat, a knocking rhythm and a waltz-style pulse, but most people never notice the option exists. Picking a different pattern helps you tell calls apart from notifications by feel alone, without looking at the screen.
Turn Screen Rotation On or Off
If your Samsung screen stays locked in portrait mode even when you turn the device sideways, the Auto rotate function is switched off.
