Clear Call Log auf Samsung
The call log inside the Samsung Phone app stores every call your device handles: incoming, outgoing, missed and rejected. Each entry keeps the contact name or number, the time and duration of the call, and which SIM card was used if your phone runs on two SIM cards.
This log is separate from your saved contacts. Deleting it never removes a contact, it only removes the record that a call happened. Samsung does not clear this list automatically, so entries accumulate until storage limits force older ones out or you remove them yourself.
To delete entries, open Phone ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Delete ➔ Select single entries or All ➔ Tap on Delete. Selecting All removes the entire history in one step, while picking single entries lets you keep some calls and remove specific ones.
If you only want to hide a contact's calls going forward rather than delete history, blocking that number is the better fix, since it stops future calls instead of just erasing past ones. Clearing the log has no effect on blocked numbers, missed call notifications already shown, or your saved contacts list.
