Create a Custom Photo Album auf Samsung
The Gallery app on Samsung devices groups photos and videos into system albums such as Camera or Downloads based on the app that saved them. There is no automatic way to sort pictures by topic, trip, or person, so a custom album is the only reliable option if you want related photos in one place.
Creating one takes a few taps inside Gallery. Open Tap on Gallery ➔ Tap on Albums ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Create album ➔ Enter a Name and tap Create. The new album appears empty at first; you add pictures to it afterward from an existing album or directly from a photo's share menu.
Custom albums only organize how pictures are displayed. They do not create duplicate files unless you explicitly choose to copy instead of move, so storage use stays the same in most cases.
If you only need a temporary selection - for example to share a few pictures once - a normal multi-select and share action is faster than building a whole album.
