Set Custom App Icons auf Samsung
Installing an icon pack from the Galaxy Store only downloads the design. Your home screen keeps the default icons until you activate the pack inside the Themes app.
This split between download and activation exists because One UI lets you switch between several installed icon packs without deleting them. Every pack you download stays available under My stuff, so you can compare styles before committing to one.
Apply a downloaded icon pack
Open Tap on Settings ➤ Tap on Themes ➤ Open the Menu ➤ Tap on My stuff ➤ Tap on Icons. Select the pack under Choose the App icons and confirm with Tap on Apply.
The change applies instantly to your home screen and app drawer. Icons for apps that are not covered by the pack keep their original design, since most packs only replace icons for common built-in and popular third-party apps.
If icons revert to default after a restart, the pack itself may be corrupted or incompatible with your current One UI version. Reinstalling it from the Galaxy Store usually resolves that instead of repeating the activation steps.
