Change the Default Homepage in Samsung Internet auf Samsung
Samsung Internet ships with Quick access as its default start screen, a mix of your most-visited sites and preloaded shortcuts such as Google, eBay or Tchibo. This screen loads every time you open a new tab or launch the browser fresh, no matter which sites you actually use daily.
The homepage behavior is controlled inside the browser own settings, separate from your Android home screen. Samsung gives you three choices: the default Quick access view, a setting that mirrors whichever page was open last, or a fixed web address you define yourself.
To set a custom homepage, go to Tap on Internet ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Homepage ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Enter a Web address/URL and tap Save. Once saved, that address loads whenever you tap the home icon or open a new tab instead of Quick access.
If you just want fast access to your regular sites without picking a fixed URL, the most-visited option updates on its own and needs no upkeep. A fixed homepage makes more sense if you rely on one dashboard, webmail login or intranet page every day. Keep in mind it will not update automatically, so revisit the setting if that address ever changes.
