Adjust Headphone Sound Balance auf Samsung
Headphone sound balance shifts left or right when the Accessibility hearing settings on your Samsung phone are not centered. This control adjusts stereo output between the two channels of a connected headset, separate from the media volume sliders you see in the notification shade.
The setting only becomes available once headphones or a headset are actually connected to the phone. Without an active connection, the balance option stays hidden or greyed out, which confuses users who expect to find it at all times.
This balance adjustment affects music, notifications, alarms and other system sounds, but not phone calls. Call audio routes through a separate path and keeps its own balance, so changing the Accessibility setting will not fix one-sided call audio.
To adjust it, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Accessibility ➔ Tap on Hearing enhancements ➔ Swipe left or right to adjust the Sound balance. Move the slider back to the center to restore even output, or shift it deliberately if you have hearing loss in one ear.
