Turn On/Off Live Transcribe Shortcut auf Samsung
Live Transcribe turns spoken audio picked up by the microphone into on-screen text and lets you reply through the keyboard. Samsung ties fast access to this feature to a separate toggle in the accessibility settings, not to the feature itself. When that toggle is off, the shortcut disappears from wherever you normally trigger it, even though Live Transcribe still works if you open it manually.
The toggle sits inside Hearing enhancements, a section built for people who rely on visual or amplified audio cues instead of sound alone. To reach it, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Accessibility ➔ Tap on Hearing enhancements ➔ Tap on Live Transcribe ➔ Enable or disable Live Transcribe shortcut.
Switching the shortcut on adds a fast-access button so you do not have to dig through menus each time you need transcription. Switching it off removes that shortcut but keeps the transcription engine reachable through the accessibility menu itself.
If speech gets recognized but no text ever appears, check microphone permissions rather than the shortcut setting, since that is a separate cause.
