Reset Network Settings auf Samsung
Network problems on a Samsung phone usually trace back to a single corrupted configuration file rather than a hardware fault. WLAN, Bluetooth and mobile network settings are stored together in one system profile, and once that profile gets damaged by a failed update or a bad access point, none of the three connections behave reliably.
Resetting network settings deletes this profile and rebuilds it from the factory defaults. It affects only connectivity: paired Bluetooth devices, saved WLAN networks with their passwords, VPN configurations and APN settings for mobile data are all removed. Apps, photos and personal files stay untouched.
Use this reset when WLAN won't connect to a network it used to work with, Bluetooth devices fail to pair, or mobile data stays disconnected despite good signal. If only one specific WLAN network causes trouble, forgetting that single network is a lighter fix and keeps every other saved connection intact.
To reset, go to Settings ➔ General management ➔ Reset ➔ Reset network settings ➔ Reset settings ➔ Reset. Confirm the action, since it cannot be undone. After the reset, reconnect to WLAN networks manually and re-pair Bluetooth accessories.
