Restart Device auf Samsung
A restart forces the system to close every app running in the background and rebuilds part of the cache. This helps when the interface reacts slowly, an app has frozen, or Bluetooth and Wi-Fi stop connecting properly after running for a long time without a reboot.
Restart with the Power button
Hold the Power button until the power menu shows up on screen. From there follow this path:
Press and hold the Power button ➔ Tap on Restart ➔ Tap again on Restart
The screen goes dark for a few seconds, the Samsung logo appears, and the phone boots back into the lock screen with all apps closed.
Restart from the status bar
You can also pull down the status bar with two fingers to open the quick panel, tap the power icon, and choose the restart option from the menu that opens. This works even if the side buttons feel unresponsive.
When a restart is not enough
If the same app keeps crashing or the phone stays slow right after rebooting, the issue is usually a specific app or a full storage, not something a restart can solve. In that case check app updates or free up storage before trying anything more drastic like a reset.
