Switch Between Open Tabs in Samsung Internet auf Samsung
Switching between open tabs in the Samsung Internet browser gets confusing once more than three or four pages are open. The tab icon only shows a number, and tapping through the overview every time slows you down.
Samsung Internet keeps each open page as a separate tab, shown with a preview and page title. On longer sessions, background tabs can unload from memory to save RAM, so switching back to one sometimes triggers a full reload instead of showing the page instantly.
To jump to a specific tab, open Internet, tap on Tabs in the toolbar, then choose the tab you want from the overview. The previews make it easier to spot a page you opened a while ago instead of scrolling through browser history to find it again.
There is also a faster option for quick switching: swipe left or right directly on the address bar to move one tab at a time, without opening the tab overview at all. This works best when only two or three tabs are open.
Use the tab overview to search through many open pages. Use the swipe gesture when you just need to hop between a couple of tabs quickly.
