Turn Do Not Disturb On/Off auf Samsung
Do Not Disturb on Samsung phones blocks sounds, vibrations and pop-up notifications for calls, messages and apps at the same time. It can run permanently until you switch it off manually, or follow a schedule you set once and forget about.
You find the control under Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Notifications ➔ Tap on Do not disturb ➔ Enable or disable Do not disturb. The same screen also holds the schedule options and the exception list, so calls from starred contacts, repeated calls, alarms or media playback can still get through even while the mode is active.
A scheduled Do Not Disturb window is the better choice for recurring quiet times, such as overnight or during meetings, since it turns itself off automatically. Manual toggling makes more sense for a one-off situation, like a flight or a short focus block, where you decide the exact start and end yourself.
One side effect worth knowing: without exceptions set, even time-critical calls stay silent, and some third-party apps may not show their notifications at all while the mode runs.
