Send a Quick Response in Messages auf Samsung
Samsung Messages includes a Quick response feature that inserts a saved phrase into the text field instead of you typing it manually. It sits inside the Add menu of an open conversation, which is why many users overlook it.
To send one, open Tap on Messages ➔ Choose a Conversation ➔ Tap on Add ➔ Tap on Quick response ➔ Choose a Quick response ➔ Tap on Send. The saved text lands in the message field and goes out like any regular text.
Managing your saved replies
Quick responses can be added, edited, or deleted from the Messages settings. Each entry can hold up to 200 characters, enough for a full sentence or a short standard reply.
This is different from predictive text or autofill, which suggest words as you type. Quick response inserts a complete, pre-written message you chose beforehand, so it works well for recurring replies like confirming an appointment or telling someone you are driving.
If the Quick response option is missing from the Add menu, check that you are inside an actual conversation thread rather than the conversation list, since the feature only appears once a chat is open.
