Turn On or Off USB-OTG
If your Xiaomi phone does not recognize a USB drive, game controller, or keyboard through a USB-C adapter, the OTG function is often switched off or has timed out. MIUI disables OTG automatically after 10 minutes without an active connection, so a device that worked yesterday can suddenly show nothing today.
Turn Autofill Service On or Off
If login fields on your Xiaomi phone stay empty or a browser keeps offering saved passwords you never asked for, the Autofill service is likely misconfigured. Change Default Dialer App
If you install a new phone or call app on your Xiaomi device, calls may still open in the standard MIUI Dialer instead of your preferred app. This happens because MIUI keeps its own dialer set as default until you switch it manually in the app settings. Third-party dialer apps from the Play Store only take over once you assign them as default there.
