Set Up Unlock with Bluetooth Device auf Xiaomi
Unlock with Bluetooth device keeps your Xiaomi phone unlocked automatically whenever a paired Bluetooth accessory is within range. As soon as the connection drops, the lock screen returns and a PIN, pattern or fingerprint is required again.
This feature is limited to Xiaomi's own Bluetooth accessories. Third-party earbuds, smartwatches or fitness trackers from other brands will not appear as valid unlock devices, even if they pair normally over Bluetooth.
Where to enable it
Open Settings ➔ Passwords & security ➔ Unlock with Bluetooth device. Tap Enable Unlock device and follow the on-screen steps to select the compatible accessory you want to use.
Once set up, the phone checks the Bluetooth connection continuously. Walking away from the accessory or turning off its Bluetooth breaks the link and locks the phone again immediately.
This convenience feature is not meant as the main security layer. Anyone standing close to your paired accessory can also unlock the phone, so avoid it in shared workspaces or public settings where the accessory might be within range of other people.
