Delete an Event in the Calendar App auf Xiaomi
Old appointments pile up fast once you use the Calendar app regularly. Removing them keeps the monthly and weekly view readable and stops outdated reminders from popping up.
On Xiaomi phones with MIUI, deleting an event works through the built-in Calendar app: Tap on Calendar ➔ Select the day ➔ Choose an Event ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Delete ➔ Select an option and tap Delete.
The last step matters for recurring events. You can usually choose to delete only that single occurrence or the entire series, so check the option before confirming.
Deletion is permanent. There is no trash or recovery option inside the Calendar app, so double-check the date and event name first.
Some Xiaomi devices ship with Google Calendar instead of the MIUI Calendar app, depending on region and firmware. The menu labels differ slightly there, but the overall flow of opening an event and choosing Delete stays the same.
