Change Display Size auf Xiaomi
The Display size setting on Xiaomi phones controls how large system elements appear on screen, including menus, icons, and text. It is different from a font-only setting because it scales the entire interface, not just letters. This is why changing it can also shift where app shortcuts sit on your home screen.
You find this option under Accessibility rather than under Display settings, since it is grouped with tools meant to improve readability. Increasing the display size makes everything easier to read but fits fewer apps and widgets on screen at once. Decreasing it fits more content but can make small icons and text harder to tap accurately.
To change it, follow this path:
Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Accessibility ➔ Tap on Vision ➔ Tap on Display size ➔ Set the Display size ➔ Tap on Save
After saving, check your home screen. Shortcuts that no longer fit the new layout are not deleted, they simply move to a new position or a new page, and you can drag them back into your preferred spots.
If only the text feels too small but the layout looks fine, a separate font size setting nearby is usually the better fix instead of changing the display size.
