Enterprise Mode auf Xiaomi
Enterprise mode is a management layer built into MIUI for company-owned Xiaomi devices. It lets an IT administrator limit access to specific apps or websites and, depending on the setup, track usage on the device.
On a personal phone that was never registered by an employer, this mode is present as a system feature but stays inactive unless a management profile was installed. Seeing the entry in your settings does not mean anyone is currently monitoring your phone.
You can check its current status without changing anything. Go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Enterprise mode ➔ Tap on About Enterprise mode. This screen shows whether a management profile is linked to your device and gives basic details about it.
If the screen shows no active profile, there is nothing further to configure and no restrictions are applied. If a profile is listed and you did not set it up yourself, check with whoever previously used or provisioned the device, since a leftover corporate profile from a resold or refurbished phone can trigger this state.
Enterprise mode is not the right place to look if you are trying to solve unrelated issues such as blocked notifications or restricted app permissions. Those are handled through normal privacy and notification settings, not through this management layer.
