Turn On/Off Ascending Alarm Volume auf Xiaomi
Ascending alarm volume changes how loudly your alarm starts. Instead of playing at full volume immediately, the sound builds gradually from quiet to loud over a few seconds.
This setting sits inside the alarm clock app, separate from the general ringtone volume slider. Turning it off makes every alarm blast at full volume from the first second, which some people prefer for heavier sleepers. Turning it on gives a softer start, which suits lighter sleepers or shared bedrooms.
Where to find the setting
Open Tap on Clock ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional alarm settings ➔ Enable or disable Ascending volume.
The toggle applies to all alarms set on the device, not just one specific alarm. There is no per-alarm override, so if you need different behavior for different alarms, this setting will not help.
If you still oversleep after enabling ascending volume, check the starting volume level and the alarm ringtone itself. A quiet ringtone combined with a slow ramp-up can take longer to reach a noticeable level than expected.
