Mi Browser Privacy and Security Settings auf Xiaomi
Mi Browser bundles several privacy and security toggles into one menu, and most of them stay enabled by default after setup. Features like Remember passwords or Autocomplete searches and URLs are convenient, but they also mean saved data stays on the device and can be reused across sites.
You find every option under Tap on Mi Browser ➔ Tap on Profile ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Privacy & security ➔ Turn On/Off an Option. From there you switch each function independently:
Remember passwords and Remember form data store login details and typed entries locally, which speeds up future visits but keeps sensitive data on the phone. Do not track sends a request to websites asking them not to collect browsing data, though not every site honors it. Show security warnings alerts you before opening flagged or unsafe pages, so turning it off removes that safety net. Personalized services use browsing behavior to tailor suggestions and ads, and disabling it reduces data collection but also removes tailored results. Autocomplete searches and URLs speeds up typing by predicting entries based on history.
Turn off any option you do not want active; each toggle works independently from the others, so disabling one does not affect the rest.
