Camera Filter Selection auf Xiaomi
Xiaomi's camera app applies a neutral color profile by default. Filters like Vivid, Amour, Black & White or Sun sit in a separate menu that many users never open, which is why shots can look flatter than expected.
To reach the filter picker: Tap on Camera ➔ Tap on Camera filter ➔ Select a Camera filter. The filter strip appears directly above the shutter button, letting you swipe through the available looks and see a live preview on screen before you capture anything.
This selector works across photo mode and most video modes, since the filter engine sits at the camera-app level rather than inside a single capture mode. Switching filters in photo mode also changes the look applied when you jump into video.
One thing to keep in mind: filters are baked into the final JPEG or video file at the moment of capture. Once the shot is taken, there is no built-in way to strip the color effect back out.
If you want full control over colors after shooting instead, shoot in Pro mode without a filter and edit the RAW or JPEG file afterward. That keeps your options open, while the filter picker is faster when you already know the look you want.
