Set a New Alarm auf Xiaomi
The Clock app on Xiaomi phones handles more than a single wake-up time. Each alarm carries its own ringtone, repeat pattern, vibration setting, and label, which is why a quick tap on Add is not always enough to get the result you expect.
To create a new alarm, open Clock ➔ Tap on Add ➔ Set the Alarm time ➔ Set the Ringtone, Repetition and other options ➔ Tap on Save.
Why the details matter
If you skip the repetition step, the alarm defaults to a single occurrence and will not sound again the next day. Choosing specific weekdays instead of a daily repeat is useful for work schedules that skip weekends.
Vibration and ringtone are set per alarm, so a quiet ringtone on one alarm will not carry over to a new one you add later. The delete-after-ringing option is worth checking if you only need a one-time reminder and want it removed automatically instead of staying in the list as inactive.
If alarms still fail to ring on time after saving, the cause is usually a battery optimization setting blocking the Clock app in the background rather than the alarm configuration itself.
