Set the Time Manually auf Xiaomi
On Xiaomi phones running MIUI, the clock is normally pulled straight from the mobile network or the connected Wi-Fi, the same way the date gets synced. If that source reports the wrong offset, or you are in an area with unreliable signal, the displayed time drifts and any manual edit gets reverted almost immediately.
To fix this, switch off the automatic sync option before you enter your own time.

Settings ➔ Additional settings ➔ Date & time ➔ disable Use network-provided time ➔ Time ➔ set the time and tap OK.
Once network time is disabled, MIUI stops overwriting your input and the clock stays exactly where you set it until you flip the toggle back on. This helps when traveling through a different time zone for a short period, testing time-dependent app behavior, or when your carrier delivers an incorrect timestamp.
If the date is also wrong, adjust it in the same Date & time menu, since both fields depend on the same network toggle. Turning the toggle back on hands control back to the network and restores automatic corrections.
