Set Up TalkBack Feedback Sounds and Vibration auf Xiaomi
TalkBack on Xiaomi phones confirms every touch input with a short vibration and a sound cue by default. This double feedback comes from the Vision accessibility module built into MIUI and runs independently from your regular ringtone or notification sounds.
Some users disable one of the two feedback types because vibration alone feels sufficient, or because sound feedback interferes with screen readers reading text aloud. Others keep both active but lower the sound volume, or activate audio ducking so music and calls quiet down automatically whenever TalkBack speaks.
To reach the feedback options, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Accessibility ➔ Tap on Vision ➔ Tap on TalkBack ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Sound and vibration. From there you can enable or disable Sound feedback and Vibration feedback separately, and control the ducking behavior for other audio sources.
Turning off both feedback types is only useful if you rely purely on spoken descriptions from TalkBack, since visual confirmation of taps disappears entirely without them. If TalkBack itself feels unreliable or too slow rather than just noisy, checking the general Accessibility shortcut settings is a better fix than adjusting feedback alone.
