Adjust Screen Brightness Manually auf Android
Adaptive brightness on Android uses the light sensor to guess the right screen brightness for your surroundings. In dim rooms with strong overhead lighting or on screens with uneven ambient light, this guess is often wrong, leaving the display too dark to read or too bright to be comfortable.
Switching to a manual brightness level removes the guesswork. You set a fixed value that stays until you change it again, instead of the system adjusting it every few seconds.
Where to find the brightness setting
Open Settings ➔ Display ➔ Brightness level, then drag the slider to set the level you want.
This setting also appears in the quick settings panel as a slider, so you rarely need to dig through the full settings menu once you know where the toggle for adaptive brightness lives.
Manual brightness uses more battery at high levels, since the screen draws constant power instead of dimming automatically in dark rooms. If battery life matters more than a fixed level, adaptive brightness with occasional manual nudges is usually the better trade-off.
