Change Display Size auf Android
Display size on Android controls how large every element on screen appears, including icons, buttons and app previews. It works alongside font size, but affects more than just text: it scales the entire interface grid.
Increasing the display size makes everything easier to see, which helps if you struggle to read small icons or tap targets. Decreasing it fits more content on screen at once, useful if you want to see more items in lists, notifications or home screen widgets without scrolling.
To change it, tap on Settings ➔ tap on Display ➔ tap on Display size and text ➔ set the Display size.
Because this setting resizes the whole layout grid, some apps that are not built to adapt smoothly may show cropped text, overlapping buttons or oddly spaced menus. If that happens with a specific app, it is often better to leave display size at default and only increase font size instead, since that only affects text and leaves layouts intact.
If your eyesight issue is limited to reading text rather than tapping small buttons, adjusting font size in the same menu is usually the gentler fix.
