my phone disconnected from my home WiFi router and i reset my phone however this did not fix the problem. i have now factory reset my mobile and i am still having the same problem. could you possibly help please?

    Can you connect after entering the password and then the phone disconnects again?

    i putin the password but it doesnt let me log in it will straight away say the password is unchanged

    Hello!

    If the device says that the password is unchanged, I understand it as if the phone is still connected to the network or it is still saved in the WiFi-Settings.

    If this is true, please delete the network completely and try to connect it again.

    I have deleted the network and tried to connect again several times and all it does is save the network and say password unchanged
