Enabling fullscreen display problem

I want to experience fullscreen while playing games with no black bars, the problem is, although i enable/disable the fullscreen display in individual apps setting, the black bar still appears. 

Addition to this, i often experience disconnection from the online games i played, i don't know what's the problem since im using the same sim from my previous phone and this problem doesn't appear on my previous phone.
